Iberotango is a gamble on the dissemination of all-time tango: a integrating project of music and dance born in 2014. Iberotango selects a varied repertoire of all-time tango so as to bring a show available for all audiences: from milongas and Buenos Aires tangos in the Guardia Nueva style to the most recent and avant-garde creations, including Gardel and Piazzolla. The quartet is made of Daniel Hurtado as violinist, Diego Tejedor as double bass player, Mapi López as pianist and Ander Tellería as accordion/bandonion player. The quartet is completed by excellent dancers from Saragossa: Pilar Ezquerra and José Antonio Gómez.
Iberotango has already acted in prestigious concert cycles such as Festival Internacional de Panticosa, Ciclo de Introducción a la Música in the Auditorium of Saragossa (Sala Mozart), cycle Noches de Verano at the Joaquín Roncal Centre of Saragossa, Eduardo Del Pueyo Auditorium, Festival Musiquem Lleida or International Festival of Accordion from Lasarte-Oria, Festival “Ciudad de Teruel” or Olivar de Castillejo Foundation, Madrid.
Likewise, they have been chosen for the RAEE Catalogue of 2018.
